NYC is one of the few places where there is any evidence of the company having some success Stateside in the 1950s. If you get a chance, watch that 'Greenwich Village Sunday' short film (1960) that I posted a couple of weeks ago as part of the Ted Joans piece I did. You can see a couple more shots of Italian motor-scooters buzzing around.
